"Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel has nice amenities in the hotel and we particularly enjoyed the Korean restaurant on B1. The breakfast included package option we took was really good. The staff were friendly enough and professional. The elevator system can be updated as each operates separately and you may end up calling all the elevators to get to the floor you are going, which is a bit annoying and energy inefficient. "“Resort” is too generous. It is in a great location, but the room was bare-bones and the hallway carpets were horribly stained. It was a good place to sleep for the night, but you certainly didn’t want to lounge around there. It wasn’t a bad experience, there was just nothing (other than the location and price) to make me really WANT to go back to the hotel. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design feels like an older grand hotel but everything is well maintained and had an older cozy feel to it. The staff were wonderful, even helped me to book a taxi and gave a lot of advice and information about the area. The receptionist knew great english and was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also right outside of the Jando trail which is absolutely worth a visit (especially at night)."
