"Good location , with easy parking. 5k to the slopes in Winterberg. Good breakfast each morning. Bar on site. if you wish to ski you will need your own transport. there isn't really anything else to do in Niedersdorf. Abut it's not far to Winterberg."

"We left Paderborn 20 years ago so this was a chance to revisit nostalgia and spend a few days at the Christmas markets. Art Hotel was a super choice because it had thatxreal individual gaste stube feel and everythingwas as you would expect. Definitely recommended."

"Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer das für mich geräumig genug war. Beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas bei.Das Loft ist vom bahnhof in gut 5Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.Wenn man durch den angrenzenden Kurpark läuft ist man ebenfalls in ca 4-5 minuten in der Orts Mitte. Hotel war Sauber und Pesonal feundlich.Ich würde es auf jedenfall wieder Buchen."

"Hotel reception was very hospitable. She was also the bartender in the evening. We enjoyed chatting and learning about Paderborn. We had so many questions after a day of touring and she was more than happy to share her thoughts! My husband loved their bar. "

"As always - great warm welcome at this hotel. "Welcome Home" brought a smile to my face. Thank you. Restaurant provides really great food and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Much prefer to stay here than the larger hotels in Paderborn as it is also really quiet to aid a good night's sleep"

"Hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach mit Blick zur Kirche und zur Hauptstrasse. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Schreibtisch, was als Geschäftsreisender suboptimal ist, andere Zimmer sind aber damit ausgestattet. Essen im Restaurant war gut und Frühstück auffallend besser als in anderen Hotels. Brot und Brötchen waren vom Bäcker aus dem Dorf, was wesentlich besser als die übliche Industrieware war, habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut in einem Hotel gesfrühstückt. "Nice hotel in rural area of Bavaria, Germany. Clean and bright with resort features. Nice touches with environmentally conscious touches. Delicious German style breakfast. Also had snack (lunch) and dinner at hotel, all very good. Would definitely stay here again."
