"Stayed one night on business. Room clean and tidy, good sized walk in shower. Down side only 2 single sockets, one for the television other one had to use for Kettle and charging phone and tablet. Not very practical "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "We were going to a wedding nearby,we contacted the hotel to see if we could check in early so we could get ready as we traveled a distance, the staff could not be more helpful,they had the rooms ready for us perfect, lovely staff and a lovely hotel.will definitely visit again."

"Amazing stay in one of the 3 bedroom lodges. Well equipped and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Robes and slippers for all guests. Hot tub area was immaculate and very well maintained. Dinner, cocktails, coffee and cake from Palamino’s were all excellent. A wonderful stay and very good value for money. "

"The hotel could do with being refurbished but it is a 3 star hotel and for the price is acceptable, rooms could do with being cleaned a bit better but cant fault the staff and we actually enjoyed our stay will definitely return for another stay "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed. We had dogs with us. We had dinner in the bar, it was ok. But we decided not to stay for breakfast. Great for getting the ferry. The hotel is old and needs a lot of money to spend on it but the owners are trying. We would stay again as it’s affordable and very friendly. "
