"The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was virtually clean although there were a few small marks on the bed linnen and the usb charging socket didnt work. Only 3 plug sockets in the entire room and they were too close to the dresser service that a normal usb plug wouldnt fit in. "I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. I have other trips planned from the US to Leicester and I will always book The Gresham for my stay. Overall, it was perfect for my needs. "
