"The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....
