"All around very functional, easy access from motorway, warm welcome. Furniture average although comfortable beds. "

"Great location and quiet for this town. Easy parking and comfortable rooms. There needs a bit of work to clean up patio area, shabby furniture left randomly, unused unkempt barbecue, dog mess from hotel dog on lawn…but all could be easily addressed. Pool area open to children until 10pm so can be noisy until then and seems unnecessarily late! gym equipment limited and cramped. Overall would recommend though."

"This hotel is in a fabulous location and offers parking, which is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was disappointing, ripped curtain, odd bathroom door, dated decor and shower needed a regrouting. The bed however, was very comfortable. For a short stay, it was fine."

"A lovely little hotel close to the centre of town. Room was not big but it’s layout was obviously well thought out with plenty of places to put things away and a good desk. Unlike most hotels here they did have a couple of British entertainment channels on tv. Breakfasts were normal continental but well laid out and in a bright airy room."

"Check in procedure was appalling. Confirmation email sent us to the wrong building. There was no reception or notice board telling us, and other people milling around, what to do. "Luckily" we set off, on foot, in icy conditions in the right direction to another building, only to be told that we still weren't in the right building. All in all, what with one thing and another, it took us about 2hrs to get settled. Also, there was no bar or restaurant in the building as advertised. My husband...
