"Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO."

"I booked my group at Lallgargh Palace after my reservation Laxmi Niswas Palace was cancelled. Although they are located on the same Heritage Property complex, they are not comparable . The staff at Lallgargh are on par with a Travel Lodge. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reminiscent of an offering at a school cafeteria. Although the rooms are enormous, the pictures don't show chipping paint, leaking pipes. and torn furniture. It was a disappointment at every level. "

Only faults were 1 plumbing problem - so we were moved and had the chance to enjoy an alternative glorious room ( all unique). And the evening dinner was rather bland whenever a foreign group stayed the night. Otherwise excellent and in the heart of the old city."
