"Amenities are clean and new. Room is spacious. There is a library next to our room, with snack and drinks to purchase. Walk 5 min to no. 9 tram station, which takes 5 min to old town and train station. The only inconvenience is they sent a code to my email the day before which I forgot to check. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there’s no one at front desk, which makes us panicking. Finally another customer inside the building helped us."

"Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice. "

"Let me just start by saying that the room I had was very spacious. I came as a solo female traveler and it felt comfortable being there the whole time. House keeping came on my second day there and did amazing I appreciated that they did not disrupt anything in the room and left it how I had felt most comfortable. "Overall, this property is excellent! It’s in a beautiful location includes a nice restaurant and a wonderful spa. BUT, it does have a few shortcomings. The first is there’s no air-conditioning or screens in the windows. So if it’s warm in the room and you open the windows, you may have mosquitoes come in to keep you awake, which happened to us. The second is the spa doesn’t open until 11 AM. They have a wonderful hot tub on the lake, which we would have liked to have used in the mornings. Other...

"The hotel was excellent. We had a Lakeview room. The bathroom did have an odd smell of sewer, but we didn’t care, The area around the pool was under construction, but we did use it. I’m sure it’ll be nice once it’s done."

"A simple hotel close to the old town. Everything was nice. The only negative is a room on the fourth floor without an elevator. It could be a challenge for somebody."
