"Highs and lows at the Hygge Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and new. The public spaces are tastefully decorated. Our room in the new section was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping. "Good location if you just need a place close to airport. The shuttle at arrival was confusing as when I called the person couldn't tell me where/number to wait under...But was convenient to use in AM. Staff was nice and easy to check in. I had asked a question on Hotel.com "contact property" but never got a reply. But still a good place to stop for airport Lodgings"
