"Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available. The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading. "

"Hotellet ligger dårligt, Servicen er rigtig dårlig, morgenmaden stå ude og er dårlig. Der var ingen vand på hotellet de sidste 24 timer af opholdet. Hvilket hotellet ikke ville kompensere, så vi kunne ikke gå i bad eller bruge wc´et Vi blev henvist til et andet hotel for at gå i bad, som vi selv måtte betale for. "

"The road to the hotel is terribly broken, so that the water from the rain stayed in that wholes, so that it wasn't possible to get inside of the taxi. The room was very clean, however it was cold and noise from the neighbours (coming from opening and closing the doors, from corridor) was very loud so it was seeming that there is no any walls there. "The hotel and room are dated, reminded us of the hotel in American Horror Story. Unfortunately even with the room make up card on the door the room was not made up after the first night and had to request items from reception "

"Very nice apartment. Very clean. Extremely confusing instructions to get to the apartment. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. Even people living at the address had a difficult time understanding where it was by reading the instructions. Owner responded to some of my messages on Expedia but...
