"The sliding door of the shower kept sliding back, couldn't have a proper shower. Asked staff to fix it on the second day, didn't fix it. Only staying for 2 nights so I just put up with it without asking the staff for help again. Overall, the room was clean and the hotel was safe. Scenic spots in Budapest are basically all packed in the city centre and therefore transport from the hotel was convenient. Staff offered luggage storage after check out for travellers who have flights later in the day....

"The first room they gave it to me, had a bad smell and the matress from the sofa bad was very dirty, but the staff gave me another room, so they resolved my problem.
