Comfortable beds, clean and a great continental breakfast each morning along with friendly and helpful staff is exactly what we needed and received. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!"
