"This hotel looks great from the outside and has very nice outdoor seating. It also has a very convenient unloading/loading area which you will need because parking is across the street in a far-off lot. We parked and then walked to dinner. "Check in person not pleasant. Did not smile or was welcoming in any way or offer any suggestions for dining. Did not show us where elevator was located when there’s no sign. Disinterested attitude. "

"The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. "
