This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. "Very disappointed to find no lift in Hotel, we both have mobility issues, which made us basically room bound, as we were on 2nd floor. room was very poorly maintained, painted wall were very poorly done, by amateurs by the looks of it. Electrical wires were not secure to the wall in stairwell. paper cups for Tea and Coffee were so flimsy, and small, when hot they basically went vet soft, and were dangerous to handle. Avoid this place like the plague."

"We stayed in other Ibis Styles hotels before and this one was not a great experience. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"
