"The website picture of the balcony and view was saddly not the realty, neither was the impression of the room being in the hotel as we got a room in a house. The pillows were so bad, pankcake thin, woke up with sore neck. Staff were friendly, room was very clean.."

"We had a nice stay at Bawelsberger Hof, but only due the efforts of the receptionist who also doubled as the bar staff, the waitress at dinner AND took payments for the room. This had a knock on effect as when we were waiting to place our order for dinner, she was pouring drinks for another table.
