"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"A few blocks walk from Colmar train station on flat surface instead of cobblestone roads. You can order breakfast the day before and pick it up after 8:30 am. Short walk to old Colmar and Petite Venice. Stayed in 2 bedroom duplex with balcony and full kitchen. Highly recommended "

Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I might be too tall for the shower though). No issues except on one instance we detected cigarette smoke from possibly an adjacent room. "Gutes Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage und Lobby, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt von Colmar. Kleines aber sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit WiFi. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "

"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."
