"Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was as excellent as usual. Staff really friendly and helpful plus the restaurant on the roof was excellent."

We arrived to find the toilet in our room dirty was immediately moved to another which was fine. "The building is superbly placed in one of the Grand Places, and opposite the Christmas Market. Secondary glazing means that it is very quiet inside, but is located perfectly. Enormous breakfast was served, room was airy. Fabulous bars and restaurants (try L'Epicurien)."

"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies. Though the notice said that staff speak English, the receptionist had to get a colleague to deal with my request for a refund for breakfast. This made for discomfort, though the refund was given. "

Bed was so lovely and firm and had very crisp, cotton bedding and a Deep, warm duvet; although heating system in room was very efficient.
