"Spotlessly clean room with a rack for my suitcase and somewhere to put unused cushions so as to keep them off the floor. Not a lot of interaction with staff but what there was was pleasant and helpful. I guess my biggest concern was what would happen if the lift broke down as I certainly couldn’t have managed the stairs. No tea (or other hot drink) making facilities, but that’s not the end of the world."

"I received a warm welcome from Celine, who spoke very good English, and she advised on where to eat, what to do and what not to miss during my short visit to Angers. The hotel is very conveniently located for the station and a 10 minute walk from the chateau. My room was very clean and comfortable and I slept well. It was quiet. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh fruits, breads, croissants and cereals, hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese, accompanied by good filter coffee. I was very satisfied!"

"This is a lovely hotel, smells lovely in the reception area and rooms, all very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, giving very good customer service. The restaurant beside hotel is really wonderful, great atmmosphere and fantastic food at not an overcharged amount too, very good value. There is a big supermarket in walking distance, with a cash point and petrol station, also a good price.We do love Kyriad hotels and would definately come back."

"This place is TIRED- obviously Angers is a tourist town and probably not a lot of repeat visitors- The decor is cheap and the halls have a red and black theme and look old, poorly done in the first place and just tacky. The towels are gray and thin and in short supply- The bathroom had hot water but not a proper shower (sit in the tub with hand held)- On the good side, it's well located to tour Angers for a couple of days with parking on site.
