"We arrived and our room was ready, check-in was easy, we got good recommendations from the front desk for local restaurants, everything was as it should be. maybe the bathroom could do with a bit of refreshment, the housekeeper sometimes changed the towels and left cups, etc, but sometimes not, so a quick call to the desk got what we needed. the beds were comfortable, the window opened (!) to the morning blackbird chorus and everything worked well. "

"The hotel is well located.The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast for that kind of money was normal and you could eat your fill. but the faucet on the bathroom sink was poorly secured((overall everything is fine, considering the excellent location of the hotel (3 metro stations)"

"Nice staff clean room. I ended up in room 2 on the ground floor . Nice clean and cosy . Sadly I realised that I could smell a bit of sewage and alert the reception . Nothing major but you need to sleep with bathroom door close . Also during night I had 2 people talking close to my window and started to listen some music . Not fault from the hotel but ground floor is not the best for peace and quiet . Being on business trip all the time I requested a quiet room . The breakfast is lovely with a large choice of good fresh food . "
