Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops. Follow the road along the coast for a beautiful walk through old town beach, many sights and to the port/town. The heated swimming pool was great and there are laundry, table...

"I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! "The hotel is also connected to a restaurant/tiki bar (awesome!) across the street, and a café below/adjacent to hotel. Well organized & run. Previous reviews warned us that the bar made the room too noisy, and it was somewhat, but not terrible. The staff were all young, but super helpful & sweet. Room was clean. Great location. "All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "
