"This is a small hotel at the top edge of Bad Ragaz. It's quite charming in its way and we had a good week here - skiing. I would be happy to stay again. We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. "Such a quaint hotel with amazing views! It is a castle (so not new) but has beautiful details… The staff were so great (Florence and Skiender the night manager were wonderful!) We loved the thermal pools as an added bonus"

"The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this"
