"Hector at the front desk always went out of his way to be helpful eg. calling a cab, helping us book train tickets etc. He greeted all clients with a warm smile and his English was excellent. His restaurant suggestions also were much appreciated. "

"Nice hotel but no ev charging point as listed on website. One of the main reasons for picking that location. Very disappointing and caused anxiety. "

"Fun place to be especially with kids. We booked a room and indicated we have a child. We got a room with a regular bed and a bunk bed. My son loved it and was excited that he got to sleep in a bunk bed. He also loved the fact that he got to sleep in a castle. The venue is also beautiful for parties and weddings. Beautiful castle hotel

"Fun place to be especially with kids. We booked a room and indicated we have a child. We got a room with a regular bed and a bunk bed. My son loved it and was excited that he got to sleep in a bunk bed. He also loved the fact that he got to sleep in a castle. The venue is also beautiful for parties and weddings. It can get a bit loud if they have a wedding going on if you are sensitive to noise. We didn’t mind and it added to the fun. Breakfast was a basic buffet with some hot items and continental breakfast. There is plenty of free parking onsite. There are 3 EV charging stations. The hotel charges a flat fee (currently €20) for usage per charge. Location is off the main highway. It’s about 30 min from the Zaragoza city center. There is not much within walking distance nearby Overall it’s a great family hotel "
