"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"새벽 6시에 사파에 도착해서 체크인했어요. 친절하게 방까지 안내해주셔서 좋았지만 12월 겨울인데 난방이 잘 안됐어요... 말씀드리니 올라와서 직접 히터 켜주셨는데 도무지 따뜻해지지가 않아서 잠깐 눈만 붙이고 체크아웃 했습니다. 난방시설만 손보면 가성비 최고👍 위치도 선플라자 바로 아래입니다."

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"Absolutely lovely family-run hotel right in center of SaPa but in a quiet street with small businesses. Incredibly kind staff helped us when we got in exhausted late at night. Every morning the staff walked over to a next-door spot to pick up large and delicious bowls of beef pho for breakfast. Within a 2 minute walk from all attractions and restaurants. Really ideal location. Note: balcony great but with almost constant fog it was less important than one might think! "

"I only stayed in the hotel for 1 hour. I was very surprised as this hotel has very good ratings. I was given a standard room with a city view although I booked a deluxe Mountain View panorama view. The room was incredibly dusty and dirty. When I flushed the toilet the floor filled with water. Finally, when unpacking I found 3 cockroaches climbing over my belongings. I left to check into Amazing Sapa Hotel. The staff was very efficient in refunding me. "
