"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene. Lack of breakfast items . "Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler. Bathroom was a slight let down as toilets were never thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs by curtains and rotting wood. Mini fridge was giving off heat so had it replaced. "Hotel property is good from outside. But the rooms are terrible, staff service is very pathetic and hotel amenities are rated 0/10. Only better thing is food which is 08/10. They don’t provide basic amenities such as fridge, hairdryer, iron and kettles. So please be ready to waste ur hard earn money. Tv has no signals and nobody cares about room service. "
