"Good central location in Colombo with at least two shopping centers nearby - one block away from the sea but there is no real beach there. You can still go enjoy the sunset. "First of all , the price of the hotel for what you get is ridiculous. The room was so outdated and no window to open for ventilation so therefore smelt awfully damp and was off putting whilst trying to sleep on the terribly, uncomfortable , lumpy , unclean bed , never slept on a bed as uncomfortable in my life. The TV did not work , the air conditioning was so loud I thought a plane was landing on the roof. The bathroom smelt like the sewers and looked like it hasn’t had an update since 1952....

"Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself."

"The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor.
