I ended up getting sick and they helped with me with everything I needed. My only complaint was the lack of a window in my room. Wifi worked great throughout and I was able to make video calls to family and friends. The location was perfect."

"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"
