"Lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. Clean throughout Unfortunately description of front desk being open all day was inaccurate and the hotel cancelled our booking even though we arrived at 6.30 We were sent an email so we’re aware and rebooked to include a breakfast. We sent a message but didn’t get a reply so we were quite stressed. We called the emergency number at luckily the staff had left a key under the doormat.
