"Our small family of three stayed here for one night. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and let my husband and son hang out after check out while I searched for cough medicine. Location is terrific if you like cities! We had a wonderful dinner at a nearby Eritrean restaurant and walked to L’Hermitage museum the next day. It’s not a luxurious space but that’s not the charm. We loved it and would stay there again. "

"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. "We saw a little more of Lausanne than we, thanks to some road work and detours. But once we made our way to Hotel Elite, everything was great for a quick visit. The 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage turned into 25 minutes, but it paid off with a comfortable, spacious room in this handsome hotel — with an elevator. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room.
