"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

The way to the main hotel area showcases the furniture store so it’s inviting 2. The room was decent sized. But the bathroom door was so awkward. I suggest turning it into a sliding door 3. "Stay is OK, But Reminded Staff to be extra effirt to clean paddle of water that create algae on ground and I didn’t notice as I plan to go around our car ( in front of our Hotel) and I Fall Big time, thankfully I didn’t break my hip,nor arm nor HEAD on that split second fall. MY BACK is full of Algae. I made the staff about it, the one who clean the Swimming pool & front Desk Staff, who only said “I’m sorry” didn’t bother What I feel. "

The Baker J is a plus as they serve really good food and pastries. And it helps a lot that the two bigger malls in Tagaytay are surrounding the hotel"

"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."
