The quality of room not reflected in the price. Waking up early in the morning I could't wait to leave. I would;ve said a fair price woud be no more than £10."

"The description of the hotel included "Indoor pool", "balcony or tarrace" in every room, "raindrop shower-head" and free internet. We were presented a room without windows (only ceiling windows covered with snow). The "indoor pool" turned out to be a jacuzi without any water (!). They told us that we had to inform them 12h in advance if we wanted to use the jacuzi. This is ridiculous as no information about that was presented in advance to us.
