"This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. "Beware, this hotel is no longer a hotel, it's a residence for local workers. While hotels.com will allow you to make a reservation, you cannot stay there. Reservations have been transferred to the Hotel Turnova, which is in central Turnhout (with no free parking), but hotels.com do not transfer contact details over, so there is no way for them to contact you to let you know about the change. We wasted 2 hours trying to sort this out."

"The hotel is nice. When we arrived the heating did not work and also no hit water. It was very anoying since we came late and they tried to solve the issue but still we could not shower until morning so my sleep was very bad. In the morning the hot water was fixed and we could shower. The breakfast was very good and relaxed. I would come again to the hotel but very the heating and hot water is working! "
