"Staff is super friendly, helpful. Good selection of food both at breakfast and dinner, beach is very close. However the room really deserves only 2 stars. Very thin walls, can't close the door from the inside without a key, need some minor improvements. The pipes when in use were extremly loud (had some plumbing issues) in the room next to us which woke us a couple of times during the night. I could have cope with it but my elderly mother is a light sleeper and this totally ruined her holiday....

"The main attraction here is the location, next to the Balaton. People tend to stay little time in the hotel. This place is good enough for sleeping and having a shower. There is no breakfast, although I was directed to a nearby hotel for it, so kinda solvable. The room costs the same money as a super clean apartment next to the Adriatic Sea with kitchen and A/C. The hotel was good value for the price, but we didn't know until check-in that our room was at a different property about one block away. Luckily there was lots of free parking.
