"The staff was friendly and accomodating. I liked the set up for making tea. Everything was neatly arranged and the kettle was part of the set up. What I didn’t like was the wicker tray in the bathroom that the toiletries was in. It didn’t look clean. I would have preferred it to be on something that can be washed and look clean instead of something that had “white stuff” on it that might have been toothpaste or soap residue."

"Just wanted to say that I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and it was a pleasure - a real hidden gem - the staff were great and catered for all your needs - the reception staff and Sibtain Raza made you feel at home - I would recommend a stay here - location great and metro is only a few mins away. "Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong."

"It's a new guest house setting hotel. Check in was easy and smooth. Since the hotel is converted from a school the sink in the bathroom in all rooms are much lower 😳 it appears that it is made for kids. But other than that its pretty nice hotel. I did not see housekeeping to come n clean the room but we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. But overall the stay was good. "

"Staff was very cooperative and very prompt to provide what I need. The main issue I had during my 5 days stay was a very strong odor in the room and all other three rooms s at lower level. Also most of occupants were Afghani nationals to my surprise. The room had issue with water seapage on one of the wall."

"when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
