"We were staying in Dubrovnik but had planned to have one overnight trip to Lumbarda via Korcula to explore the region. When we landed off the boat taxi in Korcula, we initially wondered why we had bothered, as it seemed like sleepy town, but once we had had a coffee and ice cream, and been picked up by Ksenija, our host, and whisked to our spotless apartment with wonderful views of the town and the bay, treated to local wine, bread and cheese, we quickly warmed to the place. "This was a wonderful stay. The property is location in Zrovno which is a small town on the island. It’s approximately a 5-7minute taxi from the old town or a 45 minute walk (uphill). The accommodation was beautiful and tidy. The hosts were so very kind, thoughtful and friendly. They are also right next to a supermarket which is perfect. "
