"Seemed slightly less well cared for than last year. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so had to keep the paper on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet attachment to wall was loose, so the bowl wobbled a bit. Shelves in the bedroom were improperly installed and not level, so couldn’t fully use them. "We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use. Only issue was that the great huge jacuzzi tub water was not hot enough to enjoy - perhaps the hot water was used by other guests?! "

"The property manager was super responsive via text and even got us into our room early after a tour was moved to later in the day. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious! It’s located in the heart of downtown. You park on the street but the boat pays for it. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine upon arrival and given a gorgeous full breakfast delivered to our room the next day! Wow! I wish all stays were this indulgent! "
