"Check in was fine and the rep at the desk was friendly. The next day was not the same. The rep was rude and totally unhelpful. She treated us like we were a burden, and couldn’t be bothered to make more than one call to get a cab. She said “there are no cabs, sorry” and handed me a phone number and told me “good luck”. I went outside and spoke to a cab driver and got a ride in 5 min. "

"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help.
