"Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience."

"Hotel has a great location and view of the Rhine. Parking was not easy as the hotel only has about ten spots. The man at the front desk told us we could park across the lot in another business's lot for $10.00 cash a day which seemed kind of strange. He said he gives the cash to the other business. We did it and it worked out fine."

"The room hasn’t been renovated yet and unfortunately was lacking amenities (no phone, small TV, dusty), however, the hotel is a little gem and the Breakfast was too die for, super delicious we’ve spent hours every morning lol. They worked with us changing departure date. Cute ambiance!"

"Lovely hotel; not too big, not too small. Friendly helpful staff, friendly quiet guests, small but perfectly adequate breakfast. We stayed with our two children in a family room and it was a good size with plenty of room for us all. Stayed in July and it could have done with aircon but not too bad. Parking was on street but right outside, limited to 4hrs during 0800-2000. Pay by phone app made it easy and we were only there overnight so time limit was not an issue. You might need to move your...
