It’s in an industrial area, but right in front of a very large shopping mall, where there are lots of eating options and, if one needs anything, also shopping. The city is quite small. If you are a good walker and the weather is nice, it’s a 25 min walk to the university and 40 min walk to the old city. This beautiful historic hotel is only eclipsed by the overwhelming beautiful medieval town that it's situated in. I felt transported back in time. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I felt as though i was staying at a relative's home. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast must be on the agenda. You will not be disappointed. "

"Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."
