"Room wasn’t that clean. Dishes still in the dishwasher from prior occupants. Refrigerator dirty inside and a thick film on top. Definitely needs attention for cleanliness but otherwise great. "

"The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We were in room 312 right next to the interstate but had zero issues with hearing traffic while sleeping. We also used the sound machine in the room. The breakfast was decent, not bad for being included with the room. If you dont want their hotel breakfast, IHOP is in the same parking lot. We would stay here again if needed. "

"Clean, comfy bed, soft sheets, very small towels that feel like paper, broken coffee machine but they seemed proactive to fix it. Breakfast was fine, we wish there was a meat option but better than nothing. "

"Pros- Easy to find off Reno, across from Country Inn Suites,and a new hotel is being built right in front of it; very quiet, safe, clean, beds very comfortable Friendly check-in and $10 late check out at 12 noon. Has elevators, shared parking with other hotels. Cons-Door keys didn't work 2nd evening and had to go around to the front side. No issues with my account it was fully paid. Little inconvenience when it's really cold out. No ice machine on first floor not even the lobby breakfast area....
