The nozzle is so short, if you attempt to wash your hands, water sprays all over the bathroom counter. Shower that points directly at the back wall of the shower is really dumb. A normal shower points the water to the ground, so you can stand under the stream and wet/rinse your hair and body. We were unable to get the tv to work, much less sign in to a streaming...
