"Our experience was quite good with this hotel. We had a newly renovated room which was clean. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so expect some noise. The only thing I would say is the breakfast of €10 is not worth it, there's a Boulangerie around the corner of the hotel, which has great coffee and pastries. There's the city tax to pay and a deposit, which I hope we'll get back, since a lot of people have issues with that. There's also a cleaning tax so keep that in mind."

"Staff was not so happy when I started speaking English to them! I understand sometimes we don’t dominate some languages but is not necessary to make faces or feel uncomfortable when someone doesn’t speak French to you, specially when France is a touristic country and even more Paris. "

The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. "Property is well maintained and the location is very convenient to walking to the train to go to/from Disneyland. Be aware the reception is only open from 7am-7pm if you have a late arrival or an early departure. There is a process for late key access but if you are looking for simple easy check in or have questions you’d better arrive during the checkin window. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."
