"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. "The hotel is lovely and very clean and the staff including Franco who was extremely friendly and accommodating, and Chef Marco whose homemade pastas were so delicious. We had a beautiful terrace which overlooked beautiful scenery. On Sunday morning, we were serenaded with a cacophony of church bells ringing simultaneously. It was simply beautiful. Although my tastes are more modern, for those who appreciate antiques and old world ambiance, Grande Albergo Is perfect. "
