"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at."

"Stayed here a few times, i find it more convenient and rooms better than marriott and pullman which are more than dpuble tbe price. Staff are excellent and superior suites are great. Good prices and a bar/shop round corner too. They advertise pool , not great but a different space...was working so didnt bother me."
