Mould, footprints on the walls, broken doors, filth ect. The staff spoke little to no english, but was rude an agressive none the less. Even the picture showing how to exit in case of fire was wrong. We were in room 508, it showed 502 and the layout was not the one we were on. Dangerous!"

"We feel we are deceived. Maybe there is new ownership, but the rating does not live up the reality. We were very disappointed with the apartment , the aircon was erratic , and shower drainers blocked . The grounds very muddy and just dirt floor where the outside breakfast area is. Breakfast was good. Ummani , the receptionist and fix it all girl was delightful. She was so lovely. The resort offers bikes but they are in very poor condition. "

"Exceptional setting, welcome and room comfort. The room was extremely clean, had a little balcony on the garden, and it definitively had a feel of paradise! They accommodated our early arrival and gave us breakfast to go, given our early flight the next day. I don't think we have ever experienced such a high level of hospitality. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly highly recommend!"

The main animator talks so much that is sickening, when you are trying to relax around the pool, you hardly can, the music selection goes up and down in volume constantly and music is caught off mostly after 20...
