"Electronic things did work well. No probems with opening the garage gate or room door. Problem - door from garage to hotel - was stuck. First we tought - it is locked. After applying more force we could open it, but this is not normal that I must break something to get in. Breakfest was pleasant with one exception - scrambled eggs was made on principe - more salt, less eggs. "

They also managed to allow us into our rooms for early check in which we had requested which was very helpful. "I completed the "book in" and the payment via Credit Card. I hired a car in order to commute to my science / business meetings in Helsinki. I was then informed that the accommodation was not available. A very unsatisfactory state of affairs. I have received no apology and am still awaiting news of the refund. It would be too much to expect also the refund of the then quite unnecessary car hire costs. Prof. David Rees."
