The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. "We only stayed for one night as we were flying early the next morning. Beds were comfy, TV was nice and big. Only gripe is there is no drink making facilities in the room, free coffee and tea is available near reception, just be nice to have the ability to make a drink in your room. As the hotel is called ibis budget, it's not going to be a premier in or holiday express, for the price we payed, we can't complain"
