Had to work out who to phone (security guy) then was told room wasn’t ready. All a bit of a nuisance as we were tired after a long journey. But having spoken to the staff, ten mins later my code arrived. Total delay 20 mins. However, room was fine though very small, with useful kitchenette. All very clean...

"Nice hotel, the rooms could use some upgrades, but I’m guessing if had I gotten a suite, it would have been a little nicer. Pillows were really small. Staff were nice, and I will most likely stay here again in the future. "
