"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

"A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. "Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. "The rooms are very spacious for european standard. The staff was very nice and waited late for us to arrive. The biggest issue we had was noise and wifi. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallway to the people outside and movements from all around. There is no wifi in the rooms themselves only in the lobby. It was a good value if you like noise and dont care for wifi."
