"Our room was excellent, plenty of space and a private balcony. Spotlessly clean, superb jet shower, very impressed. The outlook is across the valley to Medellin Castle - beautiful. Unfortunately we stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. The town is only a short drive, though it was a bit too far, and steep, to walk. Breakfast was excellent and made us a bit sad that we hadn't been able to have an evening meal. Probably a bit isolated if not travelling but if driving would definitely...

"This “hotel” had an 8pm check-in time which left us waiting in the street below with our luggage for hours. It was exhausting and inconvenient and ruined our one night stay to Merida. I wish I had been better informed so I could have chosen another hotel. "
