"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

The property is located in a rural quiet area only a few kilometres from center of Galipoli. Would stay there again. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. "I booked the junior suite for 3 adults but on arrival, the staff were rude and insisted I only booked the room for 2 adults. They eventually added a very uncomfortable make-shift bed and charged me €30 more per night. The hotel is also in a very bad location and is only accessible if you have a car (you can't walk as it's off a motorway). They're only short of charging you for using tap water. The hotel was empty during our stay and it felt like we weren't welcome. Avoid this place at all cost...
